Mr. Gardner’s experience includes tort litigation, civil rights litigation, medical malpractice, construction defects litigation, corporate liability, and real property disputes.  He has extensive experience defending suits brought based on the negligent operation of motor vehicles. This includes hit and run accidents, minor and major crashes involving both property damage and personal injury, wrongful death, operation of vehicles in an unsafe manner, and failure to properly maintain roadways.  Mr. Gardner has also successfully defended complex litigation cases for clients ranging from corporate and governmental entities all the way to individuals.

Mr. Gardner was admitted to the State Bar of New Mexico in September 2004.  He is also certified to practice in the U.S. District Court of New Mexico.  Mr. Gardner’s education includes a Juris Doctor from the Thomas Jefferson School of Law and a Bachelor of Science in Community Health from New Mexico State University.
