Our Attorneys

Agustin Martinez was admitted to the State Bar of New Mexico in October of 2023. He was born and raised in Grants.

Mr. Martinez has been interested in the legal field since he was a child and focused on working in areas close to the legal field after graduating from undergraduate school. After graduating from Rhode Island Mr. Martinez was a therapeutic worker, taking autistic children to do activities in public. He also interned in the Office of the Governor for three months during the legislative period in 2019 where he learned about the legislative process.

Before he began law school in 2020, Mr. Martinez worked at the Bernalillo County Metropolitan Court Self-Help Center assisting pro-se litigants and the Office of General Counsel. Mr. Martinez returned to work for the Office of General Counsel and Metropolitan Court Judges during his first summer in law school in 2021 where he assisted in drafting a preliminary examination bench book and conducted extensive research on various issues. Mr. Martinez began working at Robles, Rael, & Anaya as a law clerk in 2022 and became an Associate Attorney after passing the bar in 2023.

In his spare time, Mr. Martinez enjoys the beautiful outdoors in New Mexico with his wife and two dogs, spends time with his family, reads bad science fiction books, and tries to stay active.
