Robles, Rael & Anaya, P.C. will be participating in the State Bar of New Mexico Arturo Jaramillo Clerkship Program

Robles, Rael & Anaya, P.C. will be participating in the State Bar of New Mexico Arturo Jaramillo Clerkship Program for first year law students. The program, which jumpstarted Robles, Rael & Anaya managing partner Marcus Rael’s career when he was a student, supports students from diverse backgrounds in applying, interviewing with, and clerking for participating law firms. Named for Arturo Jaramillo—the first Hispanic president of the State Bar of New Mexico—the program seeks to expand the diversity of New Mexico’s legal community and to provide resources for future career success.
“I’m honored to have participated in the Arturo Jaramillo Clerkship Program during my first year of law school,” said Rael. “I know that, through the help of this program, I was able to access increased opportunities and expand my career options. I’m thrilled to be able to pay it forward and help to provide equitable opportunity for this generation of future lawyers. We look forward to hearing from applicants and fostering a supportive environment to help set you on a path to success in New Mexico.”
Through the clerkship programs, students fill out applications and perform interviews. Selected candidates will serve as clerks throughout the summer.
