OVERVIEW
Christina E. Anaya has been practicing law in New Mexico for nearly 20 years and is widely recognized as one of the state’s leading attorneys in employment-related litigation and personnel matters. A former federal judicial law clerk, Christina represents both employees and employers in administrative employment proceedings, including matters before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and the New Mexico Human Rights Bureau. She also conducts internal investigations on behalf of employers and serves as an administrative hearing officer for matters related to public employment, public contracts, and vendors on public property.
