Robert M. White rejoined the law firm of Robles, Rael & Anaya, P.C., after serving as an Associate Chief Administrative Officer for the City of Albuquerque. Previously, he had served sixteen years as City Attorney for the City of Albuquerque where his practice focused in the areas of land use, administrative law, and local government law.  As the City Attorney, Mr. White managed a public law firm of up to thirty-eight (38) attorneys and a total staff of one hundred twenty (120), overseeing one of the state’s largest litigation departments as the City implemented a no-settlement policy during his tenure.

Mr. White has over forty years of experience practicing law in New Mexico, having been licensed to practice in October 1973.  Mr. White’s education includes a Juris Doctor from the University of Houston School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of New Mexico.  He is admitted to practice in the State of New Mexico, United States Supreme Court, Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals, District of Columbia Circuit Court of Appeals, and the United States District Court for the District of New Mexico.
