OVERVIEW

Ms. Sona joined the firm in 2024 and brings a diverse legal background with her considerable experience representing federal, state, local, and Tribal governments.  As a trusted advisor to government clients, Ms. Sona identifies practical, legally sound solutions to complex legal, policy, and operational challenges. With a deep understanding of public-sector priorities, she helps agencies navigate legal risks, implement strategic initiatives, and achieve mission-driven results, as well as craft persuasive arguments and anticipate opposing strategies in litigation. Ms. Sona is a member of the State of New Mexico Bar in (admitted in 2017), the District of Columbia Bar (admitted in 2018), and the Navajo Nation Bar (admitted in 2019).
